About the Role

ShyftOff is looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to join our community of flexible, independent contact center professionals. We're actively growing our community to support our partners' inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and other channels as independent contractors.

Hourly Pay: $16.50 - $20.00

MinimumPrimary Hours: 8AM - Midnight Eastern

Campaign Dates: January through April 2023

Training Start: Now through March 2023

Primary Days: 7 Days per Week

Pay Frequency: Weekly
