As ShyftOff’s Director of Sales, you will be responsible for bringing in new customers to grow the business, as well as managing all sales operations. You will develop and maintain a sales pipeline, and use data analysis to measure sales results and identify trends and opportunities. You will be expected to understand the competitive landscape, and use that knowledge to develop competitive strategies that help us stand out from the crowd. As an early sales hire, you will have the opportunity to design and run our sales programs and build a sales team over time.
We’re looking for someone who understands B2B sales & marketing. Contact center industry experience is a must. ShyftOff is headquartered in Tampa, FL and we’d prefer to build the team locally.

Has a proven track record of being an amazing salesperson who exceeds their quotas.
Has 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales in contact center technology.
Has experience working in growth-stage companies.
Has exposure to sales operations.
Is comfortable building in self-directed and collaborative work environments.
Is a problem solver who views themselves as an entrepreneur - taking on difficult challenges and providing creative solutions.
Can design, develop, and tweak our sales process to make it more effective.
Can operate at an executive level while being an individual contributor (yes, you’ll be our first sales hire).
